Pole Dancing For Fitness
Introduction to Spirited Movement and Pole Fitness



7:00 pm - 8:00 pm & 8:00 pm - 9:00 pm

Next six-week series starts: September 3, 2007
1 hour per week for 6 consecutive weeks - $125 (tax included)

Introduction to Spirited Movement and Pole Fitness Level 1
This course gently introduces you to this unique and empowering movement. The introduction class begins with stretching, then moves into sensual floor work, followed by the all powerful hip work, and then into a standing series of exercises (~35 minutes). Each class ends with a pole trick lesson and a short cool down stretch (~25 minutes). We will work towards a mini-routine you could perform for yourself or that special someone. Learn "the walk", "the pirouette", "the backslide", "the body wave", "the grinding bridge", "the prance", "the flirt", transitional moves, hand and feet positioning and much more! Anyone can learn the moves and techniques with the practice, attitude and confidence gained from each progressive session. Our classes are for women of all ages, sizes, shapes and abilities. The workout/routine has been built on the assumption that you don't own a pole.

Cost: $20 per class (a home personal training session would cost $85 one-on-one)



Special Price: $140


will pay for one calendar month of classes, which means a few things: Firstly it will work out to at least one free class if not two depending on the month; Secondly, paying for the month in advance will guarantee your space in this limited class (your spot will be reserved up until 5 minutes after class start time which at that time all remaining spots will be filled by any standbys). Thirdly, paying in advance means that you are committing to yourself to be there, on time, or you forfeit the class since there are no refunds.
